best aerobic exercise ever!
I never thought id do one of these review things!But Everybody Get Ripped, is an intense dvd, and the good thing about this one is on the basic work out it encorporates alot of stomach exercises too,as well as an all over body workout. Im totally hooked and its the only aerobics ive ever really enjoyed or look forward to doing, and it really works if u stick with it, since i started doing it ive lost two stone so far, and it really has helped to tone up those extra bits. Plus Billy Blanks is a total comedy genius, he comes up to the screen and shouts at you to "get that leg UP!!" and " come on i wanna hear you count!!"which in a crazy way makes you think your actually there or something! Its a great workout and enjoyable a total must!

This DVD from Billy Blanks is a real enjoyment to follow with an upbeatsoundtrack to keep you motivated. It has 3 workouts. An 8 minute workoutfor those who haven't got enough time. I guarantee you'll be sweating bythe end of it. The Basic workout lasts 25 minutes which includes stomachand leg workouts, this is great for us women. The Advanced is for thefaint hearted but you will benefit once you reach this level. ThisAdvanced workout last for about an hour. Another aspect I really enjoyedabout this DVD was the stretching exercises. I have noticed that I havebecome more flexible from doing these stretches. You won't get bored withthis DVD because there are a variety of workouts. I would definitelyadvise buying this DVD.
Good Job - Walk it Out!!!
I have 8 Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD's. I started collecting them in February 2002 and love it. It's the only exercise that I do regularly and actually look forward to, plus it's not difficult to stick the DVD on and do some jigging between TV programmes, so it's easy to incorporate into my life.
This is the best and hardest yet. It's got some new exercises to hold your interest and starts on the abs and glutes, so really is a whole body workout. It will certainly get you grunting along with Shelly!!
I find I only have half an hour to do any exercise a day, so these DVD's are perfect as they all have half hour sessions, and this one also has a one hour advanced (which I am sure I'll get round to doing eventually), plus an 8 minute workout.
My one gripe is the advertising for Tae Bo products on this DVD, but it doesn't actually detract from the exercises or my enjoyment of the workout session. If you have been doing Tae Bo for a while, you MUST get this one, it's GREAT.
