Customer Reviews

Brilliant band, brilliant single4
Well, if you've got the latest album A Rush Of Blood To The Head you'll be well aware of this sparkling upbeat track. This single shows a slightly different side to the band, although previous singles from the album (In My Place, The Scientist) were tantalising and expertly crafted this single is slightly more complex and takes a good few listens before it displays it's true depth.
As for the DVD well the live tracks are simply suberb, shame theres no footage of them actually being played though. The interview footage is good, if a little brief, solely focusing upon the single. And the photo gallery...yum. A nice selection of pictures of the band who've certainly come a long way since the hair seen in the Shiver video.
All in all it's well worth the money.

The 'Clocks' DVD from Coldplay... what can I say?

It was highly anticipated by many fans... only to be a little 'disappointing' as other Coldplay DVD singles seemed more exciting.

The 'Clocks' video is simply another 'live' video, featuring the band at a live gig. Very simple, with added lighting effects!
Another feature is the 'Gallery', which has a live performance of 'Politik' running in the background... but there are hardly that many photos to be labelling it a gallery now. There is another live soundbite - 'In My Place', where Chris Martin sounds like he's doing another rendition of Justin Timberlake.
The only other thing that makes this DVD worth purchasing is the interview video with the band that could be found on 'In My Place' - A Coldplay Fan Subscription Area. It may be a short video lasting two minutes or so, but it gives you insight onto a few things.

A disappointing DVD, but worth your money.
