Customer Reviews

Dissapointed 1
These earphones have great sound quality but low volume and terrible durability/life. I look after my eletronic items very well and these lasted a week before they just stopped woking. I never played them at full volume and i only used them a few times. Sony are one of the best electronics companies and have always bought great products from them but I was extremely dissapointed with these earphones and don't recommend them to any one. My advice is to go with the Sony MDR-ED21LP Fontopia earphones, they lasted me a few years and have great sound quality.

What a Difference!5
Looking at these reviews I see there is little "Middle ground" here. They read that these phones are either total rubbish or the best things available? I've just bought a pair and to me they sound excellent for the money. They fit and feel comfortable (once you get the correct size ear bud attached) and so far I have no issues over the cord length (or lengths when using the extension). The only thing I can say is simply that after doing a lot of research I discovered several warnings about 'Fake' copies flooding some areas of the market, these I can believe would sound like having your head up a dead bear's bum. Some eBay sellers even have negative feedback for selling these fake copies.

Despite it all, if you buy a pair of these from a reputable source, you shouldn't be dissappointed, they sound good, feel comfy and are very good value at Amazon's prices.

Sony..... who decided a 1.5m cable was a good idea???2
These earphones sound great and seem high quality with good deep base and great for cancelling out external noise.... look pretty cool too!!
BUT....
I cannot understand why Sony (or somebody at Sony) thought it would be a "good" idea to limit the cable to 0.5m (not long enough) and add a 1m extension cord. To that person all i can say is:

"1.5m IS FAR TOO LONG FOR A CORD YOU ABSOLUTE WALLY!!!"

Seriously.... it is really annoying me!!!

Anyone reading this who is looking for use with an IPod/MP3 player... buy the MDREX32's.... better sound and no stupid cord lengths. I'd gladdly swap my daft ones right now!!!!

1.5m IS TOO LONG
