Editorial Reviews

Amazon.co.uk Review
When dieting guru Rosemary Conley declares that the Ultimate Whole Body Workout is her last fitness video, cynics might either be relieved that the population is finally to be spared her evangelical diet-speak, or conclude that she's "past it". However, this programme is not so easily dismissed. There might be nothing new here, but there is no doubt that a great deal of Conley's success comes from her ability to motivate. Conley first runs through the key moves featured in the work-outs, cleverly eliminating the problem of figuring it out during the sessions--and the risk of giving up. The 35-minute aerobic workout and the 20-minute body conditioning session are designed to be done on alternative days, while the final chair programme is for those with limited mobility (including pregnant women) who still want to burn calories. With no expense spared on the original soundtrack, a series of pop hits make this all the more easy to go along with. Conley punctuates her instruction with references to members of her backing team and their weight-loss successes. This is a work-out for the woman committed to being slim against all odds, and for whom dieting is likely to be a lifestyle.--Lorna V

Best work out DVD ever5
I have many exercise DVD's, some celebrity, some with the music I like, some on trend but this has got to be the best ever.

Rosemary Connelly does not mess about with silly fancy moves that you cant get, she doesnt switch moves quickly so that you miss them but she works out sensibly and at an easy pace, with good instructions letting you know to go onto the next move before you actually do it and with easy listening music that goes with the moves.

The aerobic workout really gets your pulse going and then the body toning is excellent, easy and really does target all areas, she warms you up stretches the muscles and then cools you down with stretches at the end too so that you are not left all achy at the end of it.

Out of all my exercise DVD's and I have another of RC's which I dont use, (not half as good as this, sorry RC you win some you lose some) this is the one I rate and use daily, easy, you will enjoy and IT WORKS!!!!!

Good for beginners and excellent soundtrack.4
there are loads of Rosemary Conley DVDs - this is apparently very similar to some of her others but I would recommend this one if you are new to DVD exercise as it's a good way to try and see if the format suits you.
I found it easy to keep doing without getting bored, and having 3 levels of intensity to follow is useful.

Best points - the great soundtrack which is all original artists, the exercises are in time to th music, and it doesn't get boring on repetition.
Worst points - the "motivating" blurble about how much weight each of her "team" has lost on her diet. OK for the first few viewings, a bit grating by viewing number 10. And Rosemary, dude, it's not all about weight!!

You really do lose weight!5
I tried everything to get my weight down, Slimming World, Weight Watchers, I even signed up with the local gym. Nothing worked, but now, wow, I've lost just under a stone in four weeks. I have never used a fitness video before and just did the workouts, two or three times a week, but when I saw how much weight I was losing, I do the exercises every day. The video is easy to follow and has a clock so you know how much time is left. For me this really works. I hope it works the same for you.
