Amazon.co.uk Review
Often, video games have you playing a macho superhero with a black belt in GBH and a penchant for very large guns. In Finding Nemo you get to control a neurotic clownfish. This obviously limits the options available within the game, but the developers have nevertheless managed to create a charming and enjoyable title that's true to the events and spirit of the movie.
The game can be viewed from any of three angles (side-on, front and back) and generally takes the form of a chase sequence or a more puzzle-oriented maze-like adventure. In one, for example, you must negotiate a maze of jellyfish, in another avoid the unwanted proddings of a scuba-diver as he attempts to catch you from behind.
Clearly aimed at younger fans of the film, Finding Nemo is not particularly difficult or complex, but the graphics are generally very good and the voiceovers, featuring most of the cast from the movie, are excellent. The load times though are atrocious and almost ruin what is otherwise a perfect way to keep unruly children quiet and entertained. --David Jenkins
PSM2 Magazine
"It's refreshing to find a kids' game that will actually be played and enjoyed by kids."

Continue the magical journey of the film
Although Disney has a proud record of making films, in all honesty their software and games are not made to the same quality and largely sold due to the characters involved. Finding Nemo provides a refreshing change and faithfully creates the film elements while having a lot of fun.
All ages will enjoy this one. The simple approach works well and excellent mixing of events. One minute you are dodging flames and the next you are putting together a puzzle to open a door. All completed levels are accessible and can be replayed continuously to improve your record or just for fun.
The film was fantastic and shows Disney still has some magic left. It was important that the graphic sequences in the game related well to the flow of the movie which they do famously. As you can expect when Pixar (Toy Story, Bugs Life etc) are involved. the animation is great and a feast for the eyes.
If you enjoyed the movie you will love this.
not good!
I have 3 kids under the age of 6 and play lots of ps2 games with them and watch various dvds and we were really looking forward to the arrival of Nemo on ps2 after watching the dvd nearly 100 times! However, it is extremely boring and although I have tried to encourage them to keep having a play at it they are just not interested at all. Real shame about the graphics, they are poor, compared to the film anyway. I wouldnt recommend it I am afraid, am looking forward to trying Shrek 2, hope we wont be disappointed this time!
You have to be joking
I have played many Disney titles in the past and have been suprised! I would start gaming expecting a poor game but would be plesently suprised! This game was an exeption. I would say that the graphics were good - but the gameplay was awful!! If you are into disney in a very big way then buy - otherwise avoid at all costs!!
