DVD Description
"2003 has been the best year for new cars ever. In this new DVD I put the best of the best to the test. But I’m not interested in reliability, fuel consumption or even cup holders. This is all about finding the car of the year that put the biggest smile on my face.....It’s all about excitement...
So I put the Bentley Continental GT head to head against the Rolls Royce Phantom in a heavy metal drag race. I pitch the Mitsubishi Evo VIII against its old enemy the Subaru Imprezza Sti. I choose the best road car you can use on a track and the contenders are the Lotus Elise, the Vauxhall VX220 Turbo and the new TVR350C. There's a supercar showdown between the Pagani Zonda and the Koenigsegg. And I throw down the gauntlet to the Lamborghini Gallardo, the Aston Martin DB7 GT, the Porsche GT3 and many, many more. I also found time to put a new spin on the art of caravan towing - flipping one on to its roof and hooking it up to a super fast Overfinch Range Rover. In fact, I had so much fun...I’m still smiling now. I'm sure you will too.
Enjoy."

Shoot Out, Gun Fight at the OK Coral
Wow, what can i say?? 71 minutes of pleasure as Geremy shows us the best cars from 2003, probably the best year for the motor vehicle. The cars he is looking for are the most fun to drive and i particulally liked the drag race between the Subaru Impreza and the Mitsubishi EVO V111.
I think Geremy is still smiling even now.
Well worth the purchase and would make an excellent present for the blokes girls if you're stuck for Christmas or birthdays.
What's Went Wrong?
I might be a fan of the Clarkson DVD's, but, why is this one so poor. For example, why is there a Smart Car in it? We are used to seeing clarkson in Ferrari's and Aston Martin's. Buy it if you want but my advice is to stay clear and buy his new DVD: Hot Metal.
A bit of a disappointment!
My partner and I have bought every JC video in the past and we
looked forward to watching this one on Christmas morning. However we were a bit disappointed. It's fairly boring; the others have all been fun and we've watched them over and over until they're nearly worn out. It's just like Top Gear without the fun and laughs; I suppose JC has done everything on Top Gear this year and ran out of ideas. Well I think I might be dropping this DVD from a great height or blowing it up in the true JC tradition!
