Customer Reviews
Superb: Worth buying
This 11 track album has something for everyone!
The first half is what I see as traditional gospel music which is live. The second half is studio based with some funky and fresh tunes (feat Missy Elliot) with a very clear gospel message.
Her daughter, who is featured on about two songs, is out of this world! Puts lot of our so called pop idol winners to total shame. One of the wonderful about listening to gospel music is it reminds you of the amazing talent that is out there. Karen and her daughter certainly reminds you of that.
I really love this album, its totally uplifting!
Uplifting
I would strongly recommend this superbly uplifting album. It is a wonderful blend of old school and new gospel music. Karen has a beautiful voice that will touch you no matter who you are!
Anointed for suchh a time as this
Let everything that has breadth praise the lord. I purchased quite a few songs off this album via the MP3 download when Amazon did their special xmas offer, and what a treat it has been. The heavens are telling of God and his goodness and God is here, are imploring us to enter into the holiest of holies. Praise up, I woe you and we acknowledge you, provide us with the vehicle with which we acknowledge and give praise where praise is due and to whom it's due to. Take the plunge and you won't be diappointed.
