Wooooooooooooooooo To Be The Man You Gotta Beat The MAN!!
WATCH THIS DVD YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll keep this short:
As a lifelong fan of the WWE and a HUGE fan of Ric Flair, I was really looking forward to this DVD. All new fans of Ric Flair should watch this DVD to see him wrestle in his prime against other greats such as Harley Race.
Watch the limousine ridin', jet flyin' kiss stealin' wheeling dealing son of a gun in all his glory.
Without doubt a great DVD, buy it, you will not be disappointed.
great
The 'naitch' is one of the most gifted athletes in wrestling history,an icon,a hall of famer, the first to be honored while still being active and all signs lead to him retiring at this years wrestlemania when he has a career defining match against shawn michaels.
Ric flair has always been overly eccentric,a extrovert,a man with whom celebrity lifestyle meant something,he is a great talker on the mic,his wrestling skills were always strong and he had an attitude that suited when he was a heel and a babyface,he could transcend boundaries fine and this dvd is testament to all of that.
The one problem i have with this three disc career chart is that there is no documentary and there really should be and certainly could be,the matches that feature are good and get an introduction and a little explanation by flair himself,we get good stuff on his feud with sting and matches from his very beginnings up until a more recent time, the inclusion of the entire 1992 royal rumble match that flair won is a great treat being that its the best rumble of them all.
The extras are good but not life changing and some of the matches are similar in their direction but this is nonetheless a fine tribute to a living legend, woooooooooooooooa
The best of the Nature Boy
Anybody who knows anything about the modern professional wrestling business knows that Ric Flair is the very best to step into a professional wrestling ring. At his peak, Flair was so good both in the ring and on the microphone that he could make you believe that his best friends dog was the most dangerous opponent he had ever faced and he could then fashion a decent match with it. This DVD is a fitting tribute to the man with some absolutely fantastic matches against Ricky Steamboat, Barry Wyndham and Sting. It shows you how good he was on the microphone and just how much he is respected by his fellow workers. Flair is one of the true good guys of the sport. A man capable of carrying a company on his shoulders but never too proud to put good young talent over. The off the air tribute paid to him by his fellow WWE performers shows you how highly respected he is and it is only fitting he receives a DVD as good as this one.
