Customer Reviews

Terrible, awful and shocking!1
I bought this DVD as a buy one get one free type deal (apart from the fact I had to pay for it!).

There is NO music on the DVD whatsoever.

This is THE most terrible 'documentary' about a band I have ever had this misfortune to spend hard earned cash on, full of 'old friends' and wanna-be music critics and hung up DJ's.

Please, don't spend a penny on this even if you are a hardened Coldplay fan.

Coldplay Fans: Take Heed -Do not buy this dvd1
After buying this piece of crap, I felt compelled to warn all away from it!If you are a coldplay fan intending to buy this product - please dont for your own sake. It is complete rubbish. There is no original coldplay music on the dvd (its unofficial) - just some dodgy immatation music (elevator style). There are very little interviews with the band infact very little moving pictures of the band , just photos.

The narrator has a really annoying voice which I reckon is put there to put the viewer into to a trance and come out the other side of the dvd, thinking that it was good. There are lots of interviews with guys that reckon they know the band like "I saw Will Champion walking to the shop one day - looks like a nice bloke". Complete rubbish - its just some company trying to make a quick buck from Coldplay fans. Do yourself a favour and avoid this like the plague!Buy the Coldplay Live 2003 DVD instead - its excellent. Unfortunately I had to give it one star because there is no 0 star option!

Interesting film about Coldplay and the music they make4
I found this film interesting as it told the story of how my favourite band got together and were inspired to make music. It contains interviews with some of their uni friends, who spoke about Chris and the others. There were also interviews with people that had worked with them. As Mr Martin is a notoriously private person this film is probably the best way you can get to know a bit about the ‘real’ Coldplay.
