Customer Reviews

the magic lives on5
This dvd is a must for Manilow fans and even non fans would find it hard not to agree that this is a real showman at his best.
The set includes a bonus dvd which is an uncut version of the live broadcast and is fantastic.
You get to hear some of the songs twice and Barry shows that he is a perfectionist.
Watch the uncut version first then see how it all comes together on the edited version (very clever)

A Disappointing Presentation3
Barry's performance was as excellent as ever but was let down by:
1. The continual and annoying reference to CBS which interupted the flow of the music
2. The brevity of the musical performance which lasted just 44 minutes, resulting in some of his most popular songs not being performed in full.
3. The DVD showed excerpts from other concerts which made the content feel totally dis-jointed.

Barry at his best5
Fantastic DVD. This is Barry Manilow at his best. Well shot and a great selection of tunes. If you love Barry this is just for you ! The second DVD is great, a look behind the scenes at a genius at work. Enjoy !
