Bad Design!!
Personally I don't understand the design.... The strainer part detaches from the base completely, so how are you supposed to pour your tea through it without burning your fingers!? If used as a whole item, the base would get in the way when pouring the tea through therefore wouldn't reach your cup.... I've either bought something and misunderstood its purpose, or bought a badly designed item. I should have gone for a more basic looking strainer which would have done the job properly!!!
