Customer Reviews
Really handy but not strong enough.
Bought one of these in summer (six months ago) to make moving my DVD collection between home and uni easier; a task which it excels at. So nice not to have boxes of DVDs in their cases to lug around.
However, I filled mine to within twenty DVDs of its capacity, and sure enough - the handle has broken. It's not designed to uphold the weight of how many it can carry at all.
Also, inside the pages are double-sided four DVD holders, which when fully loaded tend to fold over on themselves and weaken. A great idea, but badly executed.
A fine CD case.
The capacity of this album is unbelievable, it took my entire CD and DVD collection with plenty of room to spare. The handle feels rather flimsy for the weight of 224 CDs, but as I've kept it on a shelf, this hasn't really been much of an issue.
Should you be wanting to carry it around often, I'd recommend something sturdier. For home use, this does the job perfectly.
Brilliant but flawed...
This item looks good and protects CD's well due 2 it's rather rigid build with a very soft wetsuit like exterior, however after a while, where the handle is stitched onto the wetsuit like material, the stitching causes the wetsuit material to rip and the handle starts to tear off, mine hasn't torn off completely but it is well on it's way to doing so. Make no mistake this is a brilliant CD wallet if you don't intend to carry it a lot, eg. for in car use etc. but if you're a DJ for example and you carry it a lot from home to club it will most probably let you down.
