Excellent
Bought these having read the reviews and have to say am very happy with them. If, like me, you are a novice in the kitchen and looking to replace a cheap set of knives then these are the ones for you. Much sharper than my old knives ever were and feel nice in the hand.

You get what you pay for
The old adage "you get what you pay for" has certainly proven itself to be true with this product. The knives feel plasticy and don't fit properly in the block. Needless to say I returned this item for a refund with the reason code "quality not as expected".

I have a set of Henckels knifes myself which are absoulutely superb so when I saw this set on special at £50 I thought they would make great christmas presents and what a bargain!
Unfortunately i did not realise there would be such a difference in quality between different products in the Henckels range. I assummed anything from Henckels would be quality. All I can say about the "fine edge pro" set is that the blade is flimsy, the handle is plasticy and whole knife balance doesn't feel right. These are not £200 worth, £50 is more the correct price so just as well they reduced to £50.
