Warning: this DVD will give you chills, delight your senses
Heather Nova has been my favorite artist for over a decade, and living in the States I've never been able to see her perform live until now. Her voice is just mesmerizing, and the accoustics in the chappel only enhance the vibrance and power of her voice. The video is beautiful, and a pregnant heather shines singing her heart and soul out. The previously unreleased track is just fantastic, and I just have goose bumps from watching this. This is a must have! You can see the emotion come alive in her face and body language as she sings, and few artists have ever been able to offer such a living connection between audience, artistry, and music. Heather touches on the emotions we all feel, and you will definitley be lost in her. The DVD also has some music videos, back stage footage, and back stage performances. The only extra missing is various audio settings, but unless you have a home theatre system you won't miss it. And it is region 0, so I have no problems playing the dvd here in the states. Now if only Storm would be released here. :-)

a great gift for Heather Nova fans Worldwide!
Contrary to what amazon.co.uk keeps saying, this DVD has been printed as Region 0, so that all Heather Nova fans worldwide will be able to get a glimpse of her great live act! It can be played on every DVD player and Computer!

The Union Chapel in London is a great setting for an Heather Nova show, and both old and new fans will be mesmerized by her live set.

Great footage, but a let down!
As a big fan of Heather's I looked forward to getting this DVD. When I recieved it I found it was not a complete concert, but tracks from the album Storm picked from a concert and put together as a half hour 'promo' for the album. That's right, the concert footage is only half an hour. Plus two back stage performaces to complete the 11 tracks on the album. Along with two videos, the whole thing is around 45 minutes! Not what I expected.
The footage that's there, don't get me wrong, it's electrifying and proves Heather does not need expensive sound studios to bring out her voice, she has trully one of the most naturally beautiful voices going today. But for the length of the video this would have recieved 5 stars.
Oh yes, and despite what Amazon says, it is NOT PAL! My TV sees this DVD as black and white, but on my laptop it's colour. NTSC I reckon!
I hope Heather one day will bring out a proper concert video and not just a promo for an album.
