Benoit's no one hit wonder!4
This was Chris Benoit's homecoming after defeateing HBK and HHH at Wrestlemania XX. The main event is a repeat of that triple threat match, only now Benoit is the champ instead of HHH. The ppv itself, a Raw one, is in many ways the Wrestlemania rematch event as many feuds festering from there are continued. The matches are:

Shelton Benjamin vs. Ric Flair (3/5)

Tajiri vs. Jonathan Coachman (2/5)

Chris Jericho vs. Christian & Trish Status (4/5)

Women's Championship Match
Victoria(c) vs. Lita (3/5)

Hardcore match for the Intercontinental Championship
Randy Orton(c) vs. Mick Foley (5/5)

#1 contender for Tag Team title match
The Hurricane & Rosey vs. La Resistance (1/5)

Edge vs. Kane (3/5)

Triple Threat match for the Worls Heavyweight Championship
Chris Benoit(c) vs. Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels (5/5)

I won't ruin anything incase you haven't seen this but it's a pretty solid ppv. The main event is great, although not as good as the Wrestlemania XX one, and the Foley/Orton fight is something else. Mick at his hardcore best and Orton proving he could very well be the next Triple H.

Good to see Benoit getting the reception he deserves as well.

A great WrestleMania aftermath4
Shelton Benjamin vs Ric Flair 7/10
One of the up and coming superstars of the year taking on one of the best loved legends of the year pull off an impressive opening match

Jonathan Coachman vs Tajiri 3/10
I was surprised to how well Coach did in this match (he is a commentator not a wrestler) but this match still should have been left off the card

Handicap Match
Chris Jericho vs Christian and Trish Stratus 6/10
Not as good as the Jericho/Christian match at WrestleMania 20 but with the addition of the sexy Trish it has some funny moments but also some messy moments

Women's Title Match
Victoria vs Lita 4/10
To my surprise this was better than the Coach/Tajiri match. The two top women wrestlers in the WWE work well together but the ending kind of spoils it

Intercontinental Title No Holds Barred, No Disqualification Match: Evolution Banned from Ringside
Randy Orton vs Mick Foley 10/10
This has everything a hardcore fan could want, trash cans, barbwire, thumbtacks and hardcore legend Mick Foley. This is a match of the year candidate

Rosey and The Hurricane vs La Resistance (Sylvian Grenier and Rob Conway) 2/10
This match was made earlier in the night and it was a stupid match, I mean Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross were still talking about the Foley/Orton match through out this whole thing

Edge vs Kane 7/10
Another good match that felt a bit rushed and had no real purpose behind it but still a good match

World Heavyweight Title Triple Threat Match
Chris Benoit vs Triple H vs Shawn Michaels 10/10
This is a great example of a rematch being better than the original but why can't people forget the Montréal screw job 7 years ago involving HBK and Bret Hart (it was still being chanted during this match)

This is a great aftermath following WrestleMania 20 with some great matches including the intercontinental title match and the main event

The Best Backlash PPV Ever5
I gotta say this was an awesome ppv to say the least, The Hardcore match and the Triple Threat rematch from WrestleMania were worth the DVD price alone.

Shelton Benjamin vs. Ric Flair 7/10

The Coach vs. Tajiri 6/10

Handicap Match
Christian and Trish Stratus vs. Chris Jericho 9/10

Women's Championship
Victoria vs. Lita 6/10

Hardcore Match for the Interconinental Championship: This match was worthy of ECW, Mick Foley in the best shape of his life to take on the self proclaimed legend killer Randy Orton. This had some of the most extreme moments i have seen in a WWE match since the 90's or the Shane-O-Mac days. Barbwire, Thumbtacks and Suicide dives galore in this match.
This match also gave me a huge amount of respect for Randy Orton as he didn't hold back when it came to taking it to the extreme especially for a pretty boy. Mick was in the best shape of his life in this match and you could easily see it as he was the skinniest i have ever seen him.
Top quality match and definitely worth buying the DVD just for this match as it is so intense.
Randy Orton vs. Cactus Jack 10/10

Number One Contender's Match for the Tag Team Championship
The Hurricane and Rosey vs. La Resistance 5/10

Kane vs. Edge 6/10

Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship
Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Benoit 10/10
