customer satisfaction
i ordered this item on 15th june and it said that i would recieve the item by 3rd july its now 7th july and have only just recieved them when ordered it said dvd cases but it said nothing about slimline cases i will keep them but i am very dissatisfied with the seller for not saying what they were so i will not be buying anything from this individual seller again but i will still shop with amazon.co.uk because i have always been happy with amazon

Good product but poor description and delayed delivery
Delivery was delayed, perhaps due to order over christmas/new year period, but in any case certainly not delivered wiithin the time frame specified under the special delivery charge. Also product description poor - said nothing about slimline cases.

Cheap & Cheerful
Order came within three days of ordering. Got exactly what I had ordered very pleased with them. It cost more for delivery than for the cases. They are standard size DVD cases with an outer liner enabling you to put you own description & cover on. You get what it says in the description.
