Good, but where's Jordan?
If you have played NBA Live 2004, then this is a big improvement on it. It has the added bonus of the dunk, 3 point and rookie contests as well as a very detailed NBA manager mode. This is still the best basketball game on all formats, but the only thing is, they still have the legends team, but with no Michael Jordan! They lose a star in my eyes for this alone, otherwise, its pretty good. And no, there is no suspension list to put Ron Artest onto!

Very, very dissapointing
Being a big sports game fan and a major contributor to the EA Sports companies profits for many years i could not wait for november to come around for the new NBA season of basketball and the new "NBA Live" game.

However i was most disapointed.

it is impossible to control, the freestyle system i useless, it is impossible to take on any defender one-on-one, and defense is impossible unless you have Ben Wallace or Yao Ming on your team (no joke) on your team, also the ai pitiful.

All in all the only thing worth getting this game for is the dunk competition which will keep you interested for about the length of a real basketball game (48 mins) but then you'll discover it is actually very limited.

All in all this game is awful, my advice try the new inside drive game when that comes out, this is a waste pf 37 pounds and having bought it two days ago i am returning it tommorow.

Come on EA pull your finger out your a**e
