A Stunning Little gem
Whether your a beginner or a little more advanced this is a great little camera with a lot of promise. It comes with everything you need to get started and to connect to pc. yes its only 3mp but thats enough unless you are into series enlargments. i thoroughly advise you invest in this gem and with olympus's 2 year guarantee(i bought mine in john lewis)its better than its rivlas.as it only comes with a small internal memory i recomend going to a website called 7dayshop.com to buy xd cards at really cheap prices

Easy to use - No problems at all
I bought this camera because I wanted one that would do the work for me. All I want is great pictures with very little effort. That is exactley ehat I got.

I previously owned a Fuji camera but got fed up with its lack of zoom and complexity. This camera gives you suberb results with everything just a touch of a button. I was suprised to find it took video and the results are also excellent.

I too have no problem with the new XD cards so maybe the other reviewers bought earlier models.

All I can say is if you want fast, simple photography this is the one for you.

A NICE LITTLE CAMERA, BUT!
This is my first digital camera and I have found it very simple and easy to use. The battery life didn't seem too bad after the horror stories that I read previously.

The main drawback for me was that the 256mb xD card that I bought from Amazon in the same package didn't work when I came to use it on a holiday in Sicily. I was very disappointed to say the least as it was listed as a recommended spare by Amazon.
I have since purchased a 128md xD card and this works fine.

Another down point is that the camera lacks a viewfinder as its predecessor the C-310Z had.
