Great
First, let me mention the camera work. It's a bit different to most live DVDs, and not everyone will like it. There's a lot of strange angles, and fast moving shots. I really enjoyed it, though - the quality of the film is amazing, and the bright lights and camera work give a nice effect.
The sound is stunning in Dolby Digital 5.1, as is the band's performance - truly spine tingling.
Highly recommended for any Snow Patrol fan.
Unwatchable
Unless you don't mind editing that leaves you feeling violently sick after only two minutes, then I suggest that you give this abortion of an attempt at concert filming a wide miss. Snow Patrol may have been in there somewhere amongst the arty flickerings and strobe-effect jittering but it is difficult to be sure. When editing get this bad there should be a law to prevent it. Any comments I might have concerning the quality of music, performance or sound are rendered entirely redundant.
somerset house/Snowpatrol
Take no notice of the afore-mentioned editing as this is a refreshing and colourful dvd and from true fans to casual listeners, anyone who watches this will be left wanting more. Superb.
