Really Useful!
What novel ideas!

I really would have not come up with half of the great ideas featured in this programme!

I'm extreamly pleased with the ideas ive gained from this DVD, as well as how impressed i am with the outcomes of the workout, now i wont have to worry about spending lots of money every month on gym memberships when i can work out successfully, and enjoyably in my front room.

I know what i will be getting all my girlfriends for christmas, and even my mum and gran!!!

ok, but no home gym
As an exercise DVD it is ok although slow paced and gentle.
It is not that imaginative really compared to other home toning dvd's.
The routine is ok with varied exercises but would only really recommend it for a beginner, I found it rather boring.

innovative
This was a great DVD

I started getting into these home workouts a few years ago because I simply couldn't afford to pay for a gym membership.

Well, I snapped this one up as soon as I saw it for obvious reasons. And truthfully, it has been a boon to me. my household furniture has seen more use as makeshift gym equipment than I would ever have used on the real thing. It's all so easy to do I now find myself just doing some of the exercises when I'm in the kitchen.

Really wonderful and innovative DVD, I can't recommend it highly enough.
