Excellent workout! :D
I think this first installment of Pump it up blows me away!
I did the Dance it up section which is very good but I also recognise these exercise routines from the Pump it Up Beach Body and I thought to myself....Wow! I know it is very hard and I tried one of the dance sections but the second dance section is definitely hard and I did't even stop. I notice a difference!
I lost more than 2 lbs in a week and I really enjoyed this workout!
This is even more better!
Worth a buy! :D
You need a lot of energy for this!!
Me and my friend tryed doing this, but we couldnt keep up with it. I found it way toooo fast, i mean im certain you will lose weight if you keep up with it, but i prefer the slow fitness dvds to the fast ones!
My only advice is, if you are a fast dancer with heaps on energy - Buy it.
If you arent an expert, look for a different fitness dvd!
Hope this helps x
Good, if you can stand it.
There's no doubt this is a good cardio workout. But so is going for a run in a beautiful part of the country, which is far more enjoyable. It will make you sweat but is, quite frankly, ridiculous. You really don't look like you should be doing the work out unless you're wearing a neon yellow lycra bodysuit.
Personally, I couldn't find the motivation to do this - it's no fun, you look like an idiot and if you have bad knees is one to avoid.
Also, it's almost impossible to do anywhere - there's so much jumping up and down that it's a definite no for anyone living in anything but a detatched house with very robust floors. Even then you'd have to do it downstairs.
