Absolute waste of money
I bought the first dvd in the series and sort of liked it but didn't think the routines created much of a sweat. But they definitely stretched my limbs so i've stuck to it and like the stripper moves she used.
I wanted to learn to move and dance more sexily so was looking forward to the rest of the series. This one is awful. It's so short and the routines are really rubbish and you could have thought of them yourselves. There is literally two routines that are over in minutes. I was looking for inspiration to strip but there was none. It should not have the words 'advanced' or 'aerobic' in the title. Its very basic and annoying. I couldn't believe how short it was. A completle rip off I want to send back.

Not aerobic, routines too short
After purchasing the 2nd in the series of Carmen's aerobic striptease series, I was looking forward to recieving this one for another workout session, which is actually just a 10 minute dancers stretches warm up, and 2 strip routines both of which are really short. One of them is literally 50 seconds long (and that's taking it very slowly). Not worth the cash.

Aerobic Striptease
I really like this DVD, i think Carmen is really good in it and explains it really well. I was bored by the first DVD as i thought it was a bit basic but the 2nd dvd was brilliant. This third one really isnt aerobic as such but it will get you sweating! You get taught a striptease and a lap dance which you can put into practice i nyour own personal life!! Look forward to the 4th!!
