Can't live without it!
What a fantastic processor. I was initially wary about purchasing a food processor and especially one around the £100 mark. You hear tales of them sitting in the backs of cupboards and doing nothing. Not for me. This is so good that when we had to go and live with family for 1 month I made my husband go and get it out of storage within 24hours!!! It's so simple to use and does just about everything you could want it to. It's easy to wash and the quality of the build and motor is obvious. I cannot see myself buying anything else. My breadmaker and mixer are both playing second fiddle to this.

When only the best will do
I have found a bit of kitchen heaven on this side of the pond in that Cuisinart makes food processors for the UK!! I had one when I lived in the US, but when I moved over here 7 years ago I despaired of ever having a food processor that I liked to use in my kitchen. but EUREKA! I found the perfect on at Amazon.co.uk. The DLC2011NU Food Processor is absolutely fantastic. It mixes, chops, shreds and slices to perfection. If I had a complaint at all, it would be that it is very difficult to get additional discs and disc storage boxes in the UK. But in the great scheme of things that is so minor!! It's a snap slice and shred veggies to make stir-fries, casseroles, stews and veggie soups. You won't believe how quickly those veggies, fruit, mixes can get done - seconds instead of minutes!! Gotta love this machine. :-)
