Customer Reviews
The Best Pump it up!
This fitness DVD is brilliant! The soundtrack is excellent but it helps me to keep up the pace (actually on the Get Buff section). I think the instructor (Fiona Fagan) is awesome and I'm quite excited about this second pump it up! I'm absolutely loving it!
If you like summer workouts and dance routines, it's yours to buy!
Buy it!
Fun but dangerous...
If you don't already look like the people in the cover picture this DVD is probably not for you.
The dvd doesn't raise much sweat if you want to stay fit. Conversely it also contains a number of dangerous speedy flexes, bouncing stretches and very little instruction for beginners.
Having said that it probably does what it says on the tin - if your part of the Ibiza crowd and you want to tone up for your bikini then the music is great.
No good!
I didn't like this DVD at all - the cardio section wasn't high-energy enough for me to get out of breath and the girls on the screen are super-skinny - not something you could easily achieve (or want to?!) through simple exercises like these. Disappointed!
