Customer Reviews

Outdated2
If I knew how this program is, I wouldn't have bought it. I don't know when it was made, but it looks really outdated. The music is bad and the camera is awful. It is static and the dancers jump off screen many times. But it is quite fun. Also, it's not nearly as challenging as I hoped. I just started working out again, and this DVD hardly made me sweat. I guess I'll use it on the days when I want to take it really easy and have fun.

nice2
nice, i love hip hop. and those guys are great and sympathetic. For a real workout it does not work, you do not sweat enough. the first 2 routines are nice and with some difficulties due to the "mirror image effect" after couple of times you can follows but the last one is really hard: you would need every 8 to be saw from the back otherwise learning mirrored images it is definetly too hard (at least for me).

Not a Hip Hop Workout2
There are several better Hip Hop and Dance DVDs. The warm up is extremely irritating with the instructor makeing strange noices. The routines does not look or feel good. I will not waste my time useing this more than the 4 times already wasted. If you are looking for easy and good Hip Hop try the Urban Workout. For really cool, but challenging Street Dance I recommend Step Up and Dance by Two Left Feet.
