Manufacturer's Description
Creative Assembly, the creators of the 3.5 million selling Total War PC series, make their console debut with Spartan: Total Warriors.

Spartan: Total Warrior takes the player on a heroic journey for conquest against the malevolent Roman Empire. The Romans, under the bloodthirsty Emperor Tiberius, have seized control of much of the civilised world through ruthless violence, cruelty and oppression. Sparta alone remains defiant.

Throughout the annals of history the Spartans have never bowed to an enemy, earning a fearsome reputation as unconquerable super warriors yet even they have never faced a force as awesome as the legions of Rome. A lone Spartan must rally his army to fend off the Romans while also seeking legendary weapons to aid the Spartans in their plight. Eventually the Spartan must reach Rome and confront the awesome Roman Emperor of history, Tiberius.

Spartan: Total Warrior is a 3rd person Epic Combat game. The player controls The Spartan during epic, dynamic battles in which he is just one combatant amongst legions of allies and enemies. The Spartan can turn the tide of battle using a range of weapons and skills which the player must explore and master in order to defeat a tide of historical and mythical foes. During this The Spartan will develop from novice Warrior to awe-inspiring Hero and eventually Mythical Legend.

Total War for the ADD generation3
Lots of big, dumb, hack 'n slash fun from the guys who brought you 'Rome: Total War'.
Blown out of the water by the 'God of War' franchise, but still a rollicking ride of carnage and destruction.
Addictive gameplay, decent graphics and a thumping soundtrack.
For this price, you simply can't go wrong.

NOT for the faint-hearted4
When i first got this, it seemed relatively fun. After a while though it gets quite boring despite killing horders of Romans and other creatures. You don't really need to put much effort into it, except from Boss battles, etc.
The thing that i think makes it good is the range of Mythological creautres such as the Minotaur. If i would improve one thing it would to have a mission without actually killing. Because, they seem to of got alot of Kill,Kill,Kill chapters in it.

the game to play5
I'm not a violent person but I think this game is one of the best games I have ever played. Well you can't blame me for that, I mean it has good graphics, cool mini movies and medievil weapons. I give this game 10/10.Try this game,it's good for rainy days.
