Editorial Reviews

Manufacturer's Description
Recent account calculations have shown that the Animaniacs have cost Warner more money in accumulated damage than they have generated in profit since their escape from the water tower in 1994. The board of directors are now giving the Animaniacs one last chance to justify themselves. To set their account straight, Warner has now decided to shoot four Animaniacs feature films in one go. Controlling the starring Animaniacs the player has to help them complete the challenging tasks listed in the four movie scripts. Failing to complete the movies in time and within the budget will see the Animaniacs locked up for good in the old rusty water-tower....

Possibly the worst game on the DS1
I must say I have reaffirmed my faith in the amazon review system after seeing the reviews for this game, they are all absoloutely spot on.

The game is...
dull
frustrating
pointless
poorly made (graphics + sound=abismal)

If considering getting this game STOP!

It is NOT fun.
I can't see anybody being able to enjoy this

I'm not being a snob, i'm usually easily pleased but this is a poor effort.

Dodgy, awful,---- AVOID---1
When I first got this game, there wasn't a lot out for the DS. A nice cartoony platformer sounded okay though, and I even liked the movie making idea. However, Animaniacs isn't what it seems to be.

Firstly, this is a DS game that uses no DS features, unless you include the item inventory viewed on the bottom screen. No touch control, no microphone.

Secondly, the gameplay is awful. You have to explore a few levels as you do for this genre, collect a few food tokens, and get to the goal. However, the storyline is paper thin, you have tore read through dull text, listen to uninspired music and look at game boy color quality graphics. The franchise doesn't even save it. I have fond memories of the cartoon, and this game did its quirkiness no justice.

This doesn't deserve to be a game boy advance game, let alone a DS one. There are so many other better games out there for the DS for 2006, which use the DS's unique features plus challenge and amuse the player.

Do not waste your money on this cheap disappointment.

Dreadful!1
Makes no use of the touch screen, simply a port of a not-very-good GBA "adventure" type game to the DS. A complete waste of money.
