Glitz and bling concert
Luther Vandross is captured here at arguably the height of his vocal and musical prowess. A consumate perfectionist and performer. One star deducted for the slightly contrived feel (hence cheesiness) of a couple of numbers, otherwise very watchable and enjoyable. Top marks to his BGV's (backing vocalists) and orchestra - they are the real unsung (bad pun!) stars of this concert.

Luther is according to my girlfriend Julie "a love god".
I just reckon he is a fantastic singer - but Julie thinks he is much more.
This collection has all his best songs and it really does show him to be the king of soul.
Julie this is for you babe "Always and Forever" - it will always be our song and remind of us Thursdays and Sunday nights in 2004!!!
