Damn You Vile Woman!
A male colleague of mine had the "Mr T in Your Pocket" and never tired of pressing the buttons at appropriate (and inappropriate moments).

I've just bought a "Stewie in Your Pocket" as a gift for a friend.

The phrases are as promised:

"Damn You, Vile Woman!"
"Who The Hell Do You Think You Are?"
"Stop Mocking Me!"
"You Shall Rue This Day. Well Go On Start Ruing"
"I Come Bearing A Gift. Its In My Diaper And Its Not A Toaster"
"Put Me Through To The Pentagon"

The "stop mocking me" is a little unclear and I have to say they all sound more like someone doing an impression of Stewie than actual Stewie. But it's still ok as a fun gift and for pretending Stewie is in the room when you need a dastardly mastermind by your side (or in your pocket).

It's really quite loud which is pleasing as I could still hear it clearly even through a duvet.

The batteries can be replaced (bonus!) but it takes 3 of the small disc shaped lithium batteries.

As a rough guess (as I don't have a ruler handy!) the body is around 4cm wide, 1 cm deep and around 9 or 10cm long. So it is indeed pocket sized!

I've marked it as 4 stars because the Stewie voice doesn't seem quite genuine but it's still fun!
