Good but a nightmare to clean
The grater works OK and is comfortable to hold. It does what it says and grates parmesan into "rubble" rather than shredding it - this does mean that it takes a bit longer to get the same volume of cheese than with a "traditional" grater.

The gripe I have with it is that it is a real pain to clean. Cheese gets inside the threads of the screws which hold the grating surface onto the wooden handle, you can't get behind the grating surface. The only way we found to clean it properly was to use a toothpick.
