Move that body!
What a fantastic DVD real people, challenging exercises to get the heart pumping. This is a breakdown of what you get:

5 minutes warm-up
2 cardio segments 20 minutes a piece (low/high intensity)
weights segment also 20 minutes
boot camp segment also 20 minutes, and a stretch segment 10 minutes.

The quality of the workouts are good, but big 'BUT' if your suffer from any joint problems or find jumping jacks a challenge do the modifications that are included, as each segment will have one or the other. However, these exercises are designed for fat burning so you will have to move that body! Some reviewers have mentioned the contestants inability to keep up in some of the segments. I personally feel this adds to the whole DVD, you really do not have to focus on all of them just find one that is on the same par as you fitness wise (this is not really a big deal). Bob the trainer is as nice and fit as he is on the show so is pleasant to watch. Yes there are one or two who comments during the exercises but not enough to irritate as some reviewers have mentioned. I am currently in my third week of using this ( have gone down from a size 22 to a size 20 ) and boy do I feel and see the results and so does everyone else. This is a must let's be honest many of us who have purchased this have seen the show and know it works and it does.

What a good workout! It has tons of sections so you can alternate them. I like when a workout dvd has lots of sections, so you don't get bored easily. Bob the trainer is so hot and fun. He cracks me up and makes me work really hard! Also here you have real people not skinny models with 0 pouds extra. Contestants from The Biggest Loser Series 1 and 2! In the dvd you also have some extras about contestants and there evolution on the show!

This is a must have! Buy it!

This is the original workout DVD from the Biggest Loser Camp.
This DVD actually has more varied workouts than the newer ones as they have included 2 Cardio sections (one low and one high intensity) a power sculpt and a boot camp section.
This dvd was so popular they split the DVDS up, so now there is a whole DVD to Cardio, to Power Sculpt and to Boot Camp. I can't believe how much I sweat and how many calories I burn on these BL DVDs compared to others. These are the best workout DVDs out there. I would so much rather do DVDs at home than go to the gym.
I actually really enjoy doing them and look forward to doing them.

I would say the frist 2 sections (low intensity and high intensity cardio) are for the overweight and/or beginners to exercise. I didn't get out of breath once and found them quite basic and tedious. I got a lot more from the Boot Camp and Sculpt sections.

I didn't watch season 1 and 2, don't think they were broadcast over here or I missed them, so it's a shame I don't recognise the contestants as thats a nice part of it. Sky is currently showing the 08 Biggest Loser, don't know which series it is, it has 2 teams, one of parents and their children (but they are adults, not actualy children!) and one team of husbands and wives. It's so so awesome! I thought the last season where Ali won was amazing but this is better and it's only episode 3! If you want to watch it, it's shown every weekday at 12midday on Sky 1. If you miss one days, it's repeated the next day at 9am on Sky 1 and then the next one in the series is on at 12. Mine is in in Sky Plus planner on series link so I never miss it!

Enjoy the DVD. If you stick to it and eat healthy the weight will drop off!!
