Don't bother!!!
Is it just me or did the dancers have absolutley no idea what they were doing?! This is easily the worst fitness DVD I have ever bought, I was attracted because I have been to Pacha in various countries and respect the brand - until now. The music, although authentic Spanish house, is so low you can hardly hear it and it never goes anywhere! You need a really up tempo soundtrack to workout to, not this! I also found the presenter really irritating - ''you can do this if you like, or if you don't want to, that's fine'' - at this point I turned it off as the only sweat that had broken was from my anger at her!! Even the extras are bizarre - ''if you don't want to feel full up and bloated eat salad'' - thanks for that revelation that I'd waited for 5 minutes for while stick thin dancers had dinner. I can't express to you how much you should save your money and avoid this!!
Not as good as Ministry of Sound - Pump it up
As a fan of home dance workout DVD's (and dance music), I was expecting big things from Pacha. I ended up dissapointed!
The whole DVD was a blatant advert for the club, and pandered to the whole 'lets include something for the boyfriends' idea - cue girls in bikini's shaking their bums and was extremely hard to follow. Not only that but the male 'Mr Pacha' couldn't even follow the routine and was always out of time.
The music wasn't motivational enough (very dull and boring) to make me lift my skip scenes let alone get me of the sofa.
Not the best exercise dvd
I found this dvd hard to follow...the moves aren't really explained or counted in so its easy to lose track of what's going on. The teacher feature is helpful and it is a good workout, it just needs some fine tuning to make it in to a really good workout. I'd recommned the Ministry of Sound dvds over this.
