At last! A decent workout dvd....................
This is a great workout. Feels quite easy while you are doing it but next morning you can feel you have worked out (in a good way!!!!!)
I love the way you can choose the length of your workouts from 10mins upto 60mins and you can even choose which moves are in them so you can have a different workout and work on different areas of the body.
I rented this one but have brought it since. The only criticism is the trainer and the other people taking part are a bit miserable but Claire is bright and bubbly throughout.
Haven't taken much notice of all the weightwatchers stuff as am not on a diet, was a bit concerned it would be 'weightwatchers' this and 'weightwatchers' that but it isn't at all. If you want to hear the weightwatchers stuff you actually have to go onto that section of the dvd.

I would recommend this DVD to anybody who is trying to lose weight or tone up their body or both. I have been using this DVD for 6 weeks now and I have really noticed the difference in how my body looks. I havent been following the weight watchers plan but another diet plan but the exercise part of the DVD makes no mention of weightwatchers anyway.
The exercise sessions are split into 5 minute sessions and you can do a minimum of 10 mins up to 60 mins. This is good for me as I get bored easily so it keeps it interesting. Also, as long as you reach your weekly target of 24 x 5 minute sessions per week, it doesn't matter when and how long you do so its good for fitting in when you don't have much time.
Worth every penny.
Varied, effective and versatile
I own a number of workout DVDs and will definitely be using this one on a frequent basis. The emphasis is on toning and interval training. It is great how you can pick and choose your own workout depending on how much time you have to spare. The 5 minute sections are effective without being exhausting and they work your whole body. There isn't much in the way of music but I don't really mind that as it tends to irritate after a while! I would definitely recommend this.
