too slow
I'm sure that this DVD will help tone & weight loss but, oh dear!, it's way too slow. Probably better for beginners or someone looking for an exercise that gives the feel good factor without needing to concentrate too hard. Like someone else I got bored with the music. Glad Amazon gives you the opportunity to rent before buying.

A superb fitness DVD
I have to say that I bought this DVD because it looked really fresh 'even a little different to all the 'C rate celeb fitness titles' on the shelf. And I am really glad I did. It is simple and easy to follow, and has good workouts for more advanced users. And more than that, it is really professionally produced in beautiful surroundings with a fresh modern look and sound. Well recommended.
