a couple of these baby's really put some life back into my dell optiplex 745.
installation is easy, though i have used chips that come with better installation instructions.
its all about avoiding static damage.
* unplug PC from mains.
* press power on to discharge any residual
* touch a clean metal part of the case (usually inside the case around the power supply is best). this ensures you and the PC have the same potential.
*hold it by the board, avoiding the actual chips.
Exceptional Value
I baught 4 of these recently and it totally revitalized my system, I only had 1024mb RAM and running most MMO's was a challenge, now, with 4 GB I'm running my games on High/Maximum settings, with memory to spare, a must have for any Gamer, really worth the money.
