fantastic5
not difficult to follow, presenter tells you what is coming next - great workout with tough toning and cool down section at the end. brilliant.

doesnt feel like a workout !!!5
as a previously trained dancer I found this work out fab i have been really inactive for the past 6 years since meeting my boyfriend and due to which have gained weight so therefore wanted to tone back up and regain my previous fitness levels i managed the dvd all the way through struggling a little on the burn it up section but all in all dances were well explained and because of the music i didnt feel like i was working out , have also ordered he latest m.o.s dvd so cant wait for it to arrive ! bring on that six pack !!

Fairly complicated to follow3
I got this DVD yesterday and completed the Warm It Up and Tone It Up sections twice. These were fairly easy to complete which was good because apart from an hours walk every day I am fairly inactive.
I woke up this morning and felt the difference in my thighs!
I also watched through the Dance It Up section and found that the presenter does not explain the moves well enough. They also do not go over the moves.
A lot of the moves also look very complicated.
I will write another review after several weeks of using this DVD.
