i wasn't sure what to expect with this DVD with the workouts only being 15mins, but with regular use i have to admit i have seen a significant reduction in the targeted areas, so i would highly reccommend!

I stopped smoking 2 years ago and have since piled on 2.5 stones. I decided late last year (2007) that something had to be done. I have trawled through all the exercise DVD and decided on giving this one ago. I am not disappointed, although a little sore. It gives a good all over work out, broken into sections for the different areas of your body and you can do as much or as little as you want, give it ago I'm glad I did.

Excellent Value for Money and Gets the Results 5
15 Minute Workouts For Dummies is excellent especially for people who have busy days and have very little time to work out. There are four sections focusing on major bottom parts. The four sections are as follows:-

1. Legs
2. Bums
3. Upper Body
4. Abs

Each section has a quick warm up followed by different exercises focusing on the key area and then a quick stretch/cool down.

What can i say fantastic - the Abs section is surprisingly a killer, but you will see the results if you combine it with regular cardio.
