A Fun Way to Work Out
Having tried to lose weight for years, my DVD rack is largely a collection of workouts gathering dust.

However, this is one that I keep coming back to. The reason being that it's fun, safe and not at all boring. Nikki instructs well, and Angela's smile is infectious.

The different sections provide variety - the toning section at the end is a killer! The other sections are easy to follow and time passes quickly. I am very unfit, and they leave me warm, but motivated. The moves are suitable for people like me who live in a small flat, as you can do them in quite a limited space, and there are no jumps, so you will not annoy the neighbours, or worse, fall through their ceiling!

If you want to learn to dance, this DVD is not for you; the moves are strictly for your living room. It is also not for the super-fit, who would probably not find it in the least challenging.

But if you are bored with dull aerobic moves and want a fun workout to make you feel better at the end of a hard day, give this one a try.

This is fun but not for losing weight!
I bought this DVD after reading good reviews however it was awful. I hardly broke a sweat! Its quite fun to do but its not physically challenging in any way. I am used to high energy DVD's, Nell McAndrew, Billy Blank and Pump it up ministry of sound are all great and make you work hard. This DVD is a joke, Angela is annoying pretending that some of the easy moves are hard work for her when there clearly not, judging form her good figure she obviously does other excercise.
I wouldn't even bother doing this DVD if you feel like an easy day it was that pointless! DON'T BUY

A DVD that can be played over and over
I'm a big fan of this workout. It does work if you stick with it; I saw an average of a dress size drop each three weeks doing the workout in full 3 or 4 times a week.

The DVD is split into sections: there's a warm up, then disco, hi energy, house and cool down sections. The total workout running time is 52 minutes (including the short breaks between routines). The menu gives the option to play the entire DVD, select a workout, play entire workout and view the eating plan advice so no need to have to forward through unwanted sections.

Niki is a competent trainer and explains the routine well. Angela is, in my opinion, a likeable character to accompany her. She has a natural style which I don't find at all irritating (but I appreciate that this may not be the case for everyone; each to their own and all that so if you didn't like her in her acting roles, this dvd probably isn't for you). Angela largely lets Niki get on with her job, is honest and has a big smile during the routines that is infectious.

I agree with an earlier reviewer that the dance routines aren't really those you would want to do anywhere else but have no problem with this as, essentially, it is a fitness dvd (not intended to be a dance instruction one) and the routines certainly do their job. That being said, they are not as tough as some but I keep coming back and back as they work, aren't the same old traditional exercises (thankfully not a star jump in sight on this dvd) and the time goes so quickly.
