if you loved prophecies and probably lost your social life completely for a good few months then your probably in for the same again =P the story in this expansion is just as compelling and exciting as the first, if not more. the new character clases take a bit of getting used to but are effective and add a nice new, fresh feel to the game. the collectors edition is well worth the extra money, apart from all the excellent free items you get, ritualist clost, mousemat, calendar, soundtrack etc you also get a free ingame minipet =D which you can either sell to make yourself some quick cash or name and keep forever =D

Just buy it
This game can be described in one word:breathtaking. The graphics are astounding and so is the gameplay. After plus factor is that it is free to play for life which put it head and shoulders above WoW and everquest. The collectors edition is also worth the extra money with the amount stuff you get. If you have guild wars already this will be great way to give that extra boost to your character. If not then it is a great way to start as the manual and quick reference card make it easy to get started. Buy it now!

Worth the extra euros/pounds/dollars
I've had the collectors edition for a few days now and after playing it for (way too many) hours, I've come to the conclusion that I don't regret buying it. Why? The gameplay is the same as in the normal factions CD but you get a nice avatar during gameplay. Also there are a few special moves (the dance for instance) that are different than in the normal version. Also, and for me that's the main advantage, there is a music CD and a kick-ass good artbook. In short, if you liked Guild Wars then you are very likely to lose your social life (again).
