Funky and raucous, her hot handling of "I Gotcha" is as soulful as her electric guitar and organ accompaniment. The songwriting teamof Kander and Ebb, composers of "Cabaret", supply much of Minnelli's material, such as the anecdotal fun of "Ring Them Bells", which, like the stirring "Cabaret" medley, is especially suited to Minnelli's multi-faceted singing.
