Another good 1 shame they broke up!4
I bought this as the first album was good, so was interested in what this had 2 offer. It has a completely different feel from the first album.

I do like it though, it's like they've grown up and got a maturer sound rather than fitting in with what was cool at the time. It's definately got a more funky edge, kind of electro type feel to backing tracks, less guitar intro etc. It feels much 'cooler' than its predecessor. Not realy teen grunger music anymore. More of an upbeat tempo throughout.

Check out 'sweet temptation' video on you tube, the only single released from this record, it'll give an indication of the progression.

Sweet temptation definately the catchiest song, but album worth a listen 2!

I just think it's a shame they've split!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!5
I bought Falling Uphill and was really impressed and after hearing "Sweet Temptation" I knew that Inside the Hollow would be amazing and I wasn't wrong. Lillix have really matured in their music and have shown their potential. There are no faults and this is without a doubht the best album I have ever bought. Each song blossoms with it's individuality.

1. Blackout: This song is the loudest song on the album and a great opening to the album great vocals by Louise Burn 10/10.

2. Little Things: This is one of the more catchy songs on the album and has a very techno pop beat 10/10.

3. Every Girl: This is quite a fast song and the first song of Tasha-Rays on the album but great lyrics and a good beat 10/10.

4. Sweet Temptation (Hollow): This is the only single from the album and by far the catchiest on the album. This is the only track on the album in which we hear each vocalist individually 10/10.

5. Doughnut: This song is quite catchy but I don't see why it is called Doughnut but it is still a brilliant song 10/10.

6. Wishing Well: This is one of the more slower songs on the album but not a ballad it has great keyboard and viloin playing 10/10.

7. Just Like You: This is one of the best songs on the album and Lacey-lee's voice is brilliant 10/10.

8. Got Off Easy: This is another techno pop type song but really enjoyable and quite fast 10/10.

9. Turpentine: This is tied with being my favourite track on the album, the lyrics are amazing and Louise Burns vocals are brilliant 10/10.

10. Tempo Change: This track has a short but great chorus and also another song of Lacey-lee's 10/10.

11. Poor Little Girl: It is a shame that this track is short as it is such a good song but if only it were a little longer 10/10.

12. Stay: This is the track that is tied with Turpentine for my favourite track on the album. It is such an amazing memorable song, it is also very long but this is by far the best work by Lillix 10/10.

I'd recommend this album to anyone who loves pop/rock but it is very different from their first album.

Another great album!5
Just to update on the previous review, Lillix have not broken up, confirmed by Lillix themselves. This album in my opinion is even better than their first and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It's upbeat, funky and more mature than "Falling Uphill". They've come back stronger than ever, well done Lillix.
