Designed to support a busy social or working life, the external screen displays the caller’s picture if it is associated with their number. All of these effects are linked to the phonebook contacts.

The VGA camera can take pictures or video clips with the phone open or closed. The camera lens is on the same side as the external screen, which acts as a reference viewfinder, so you can easily frame shots of yourself or with friends. Great Phone!
I am 12 years old and through our the last year I have had the Sharp GX10i , VK 530 and Sharp GX25. After selling some of my old stuff I decided to buy this phone. I got it on Vodafone (from the Vodafone website for £100) as all my other phones have been on Vodafone. One of my favourite things about this phone is that you can change the covers on it. My one came with a white cover and a really cool sea blue one. The O2 Z520i doesn't come with a blue cover - it comes with pink! I have the pink cover for my phone now as I got it off eBay. When you flip the phone up the buttons are white and lit up blue which makes it look so cool! When you get a phone call or a text the edge of the phone starts flashing blue which looks so groovy! The Z520i has Bluetooth and Infrared. I have recently learned how to use Bluetooth and Infrared and I love it! Me and my friends send each other pictures and ringtones with Bluetooth and Infrared. The camera is really clear and so is the video. I changed my video settings so I can record videos for up to 10 minutes which comes in handy! When the phone is flipped down if you keep your finger on the camera button at the side you can take a picture of yourself (or anything around you!) without having to flip the phone up. Even though I have an iPod Nano I still have some music on my Z520i because it has an mp3 / media player. I would recommened this phone to anyone. I love it and so will you!

Brilliant Phone
This phone is really good. It's got a top-quality video recorder, a top-quality camera, a sound recorder, mp3/media player, infrared, bluetooth, internet access - almost everything you would want on a phone. Having had two previous Sony Ericsson models (K300i and a really old model) it's definately the best Ericsson i've had, and even my friends say that it's better than their phones (many of them top models). However, i have had two small problems with it. The first problem is that it loses memory quite quickly. I have about 40 pictures on my phone (all small, only using up about 5kb of space) and 5 video clips (which altogether probably take up roughly 1MB). My friend sent me two songs (about 4 minutes long each) via Bluetooth (which is great!) and I realised I only had about 1 MB of memory left on my phone. So I had to delete one of the songs. Even if i didn't have any pictures or video clips on my phone, i wouldn't be able to have more than 4-5 songs on my mp3 part of the phone. Also, the phone loses battery quite quickly if you leave it on for a little while. But this isn't a big problem because i just charge it every night.
However, all in all it is a really brilliant phone. I've got the pink cover and it looks really cool. There is an easy way round the main problem- buy an mp3 player! The camera and video quality is really good and i love the Bluetooth and Infrared. There are some cool lighting effects too, and i think it's great value for money[...]. Buy it!!!!!!!!!

Great phone. Great value for money
I looked around before i bought this phone, and i felt it was a good price and had all the components i wanted. The camera and video is good, it's not amazing but it is a phone not a camera. I have had Nokia phones previously,and always gone back to them because i found them easier to use than other brands. But this phone is just as good, texting is fine, navigation easy. I was so pleased when i got it, it was smaller than i had expected - which is great to fit in small bags!

This phone has impressed me, it's better than i had expected, as i had never seen it before. I would say it is just as good as the phones out there that are £200, it may not have the same capacity but my friends have Motorola Pebl and razor phone. It may not have the same street cred, but for me this phone is better - you basically get the same features for less. As well as games, and the camera, bluetooth, infra red, i can store music! It's top notch - buy it!
