The French DJ Miss Kittin's artfully assembled two-disc setof midtempo dance starts as a more-or-less conventional club mix, with contributions from Squarepusher, Mike Ink (whose"Paroles" is a particular highlight) and Princess Superstarthat provide entertainment for both body and mind. The second, less dance-oriented CD is a collection of impeccably chosen electronica that includes the beautiful "Easy Lee", Le Car's 1980s-sounding "Aluminum Rectangles", and Donato Dozzy and Brando Lupi's ambient, sharply contoured "Metal Slave".

GREAT cd 2 mix from Miss K
in short - BUY this for the great cd 2 "bugged in" mix (if not in my opinion for the harder techno mix on cd 1 which is only saved by the sqaurepsuher classic :my red hot car, but hey..) . the cd 2 features some great varied beats + tunes from top notch producers such as monolake, baby ford,artwork, richard devine, aib and concept 1 in particular taking you on late night techno/varied beats journey.
but beware - only 4 stars for the cd 2 mix as i said.. buy if less than £6/$8 to yr door.

Recommended for beats fans looking for the unusual and distinct.
