Customer Reviews
Top performance
As a solo artist, this is a great performance, by a very talented musician in his own right. His guitar playing is A1, up there with the best around. Have no hesitation in buying this DVD if you are a Buckingham fan. I, personaly, would have liked to have heard some more from his time with the Mac, as I think this is the best of his work, however, that is just my own view, this is still a great performance from Buckingham showing that he is above all, a superb artist.
Jaw-dropping
This is, quite simply, an astonishing performance - worth buying for 'Red Rover' alone. I was never a fan of the song until seeing this breathtaking interpretation.
He showcases some of his lesser known songs and it is surprising to hear (and see) them eclipse some of his better known works.
The quality of the songs and the intensity with which they are delivered makes this set essential for fans of guitar singer-songwriters.
Forget your Mac, catch Lindsey Buckingham
Much of Lindsey's career has been tarnished with the MOR tag from the Mac. On this DVD and his latest cd Lindsey shows what a fabulous musician and songwriter he is. This showcases one of the most underrated talents from the US in the last 30 years, a stunning performance. Buy it!
