Having snuck into Jon's luggage to travel to London, Garfield befriends the royal cat Prince XII and the other animals at Carlyle Castle.  After a long day, Garfield is relaxing in his hotel when he receives a royal invitation from Prince: Dear Garfield& to celebrate& royal portion of lasagne& in two hours time& Swoosh! Garfield is already out the door. His stomach is nearly empty so there is no time much less lasagne- to waste!!!  When he arrives at the castle the gates are closed and no one is there to let him in. Will he make it inside in time or miss his dinner invitation? Players will help the famished feline find an alternative way into the castle as they guide him through the exciting environments from the movie. Garfield 2 is a fresh game experience mixed with special NDS features and lots of fun. Overcome many of the challenges and use creativity and logic to find the best solution.

Child friendly - brilliant
My daughter age 8 asked me to review this for other children, and I do so with pleasure - she has absolutly adored this game. Mum is pleased to say we have a game with no violence, no baddies and no ghosts or monsters. She has found it easy to play and game instructions are easy to follow.

Other reviewers have gone into detail about the game so I won't, but wanted to emphasis the child friendly side of this game..under 8's might stuggle without help, but never mind, means mum gets a turn sometimes!!

one of the best games i've ever played
garfield 2 is one of the best DS games i've played. it has 22 levels. you play as garfield and need to collect food on the way to his destination to complete the whole game. there are no enemies or other characters but he has to avoid dangers such as cars, bats, water, etc and on the last level there are wheels that roll after you. if he gets hurt he meows but he can also use his meow on one level to knock some armour down to open a door. when you go forward and need to change angle there'll be a paw print and if you touch it you will change direction. when you complete some levels you will un-lock timed mode to see how quickly you can complete them. i found this quite an easy game compared to bomberman and super mario brothers but at the beginning it seemed quite hard because i wasn't used to it. you will enjoy this fun game.

Garfield (cat on a mission)
This game is brilliant. It offers a challenge, and each level is harder than the last. There are twenty two levels overall. I am currently trying to get through level seven.
The controls mean you have great control of the cats movement, it is more about spot on timing.
Well, I don't want to say too much, but if you love a challenge then I highly recommend this game!
