A bit of a juggling act, but definately not the circus clown4
There is no way he could win with this album, as soon as people heard the words "Busta signs to Aftermath" the hype and expectation for this album were massive. If you are like me then your imagination must have been going crazy, Busta Rhymes and Dr. Dre on the same page! And yeah if you expect the album to live up to that then you are bound to be disappointed.

The same goes if you were expectin the old Busta Rhymes to emerge from the 1990's and rip through this CD at 5,000MPH...it doesn't happen. But that doesn't mean this isn't a good CD, the Q-Tip appearences are ill (naturally) and in fact all the features on this CD bring it (The Nas verse on 'Don't Get Carried Away' continues on from where he left off on Road to Zion, he's back!!) and 'Legend of the Fall Offs' is just so cold it is unbelievable. In fact the best moments of the album aren't really the hype moments, its the laid-back chill out tracks such as 'Been Through the Storm', 'In the Ghetto' and 'They're Out to Get Me'

That said there are some tracks on the album that I'm not really feeling at all, 'Touch It' is a good club track but its been overplayed and killed and the remix version (somewhat surprisingly) isn't on the CD. The same goes for the Missy collabo and 'New York S***', they aren't to my taste (I don't like Swiss Beats, if you do, you will probably like them)...And 'I love my B****' is a radio-friendly track that is ok when you first hear it but you wonder if it really should have made the album

All in all, this is a new Busta Rhymes, his club tracks are decent but not with the crazy flair and charisma that we've come to expect from Busta Rhymes, that said, this album is a growth of his style, it is possibly more expansion and reflective than other CDs he has put out so if you are a true Busta fan there is no reason not to buy this CD even if you surprised by the direction of the content. If you listen to this with an open mind its still a good CD, even though there is a little voice in the back of your head saying "But this ISN'T Busta"

Busta's back!!!4
I have just recieved this album and i must say, i'm very impressed. I've always been a Busta Rhymes fan but have been a little dissapointed by his recent output. One listen of the Big Bang makes you realise Busta Rhymes is one of the greatest rappers in the game today. Songs like 'In the Ghetto' and 'been through the storm' sound like instant hip hop classics! Other songs such as the two singles (touch it & i love my b**ch) are excellent. The album was produced by Dr Dre, and is an amazing piece of work by Busta Rhymes.

If you are a casual hip hop fan or a busta fan then dont hesitate to buy this!!

Big Tunes Bangin Album4
This is Busta Rhymes first album on Dr Dre's Aftermath Records and its not a bad debut. The album has a mixture of songs from dre's typical bangin beats to more commercial songs for example by will i am (black eyed peas). For those who love rap music this is a must album, for those who like busta rhymes you will not be disapointed, for those who like dr dre's music you will be loving the songs on this album. I only gave this album 4 stars because there are a couple of poor songs (ill do it all, get down) and the fact that there was no appearance from dr dre, eminem or any of the touch it remixes. but overall a good album where it is hard to pick a favourite song.

best songs with a bangin dre beat:
get you some
how we do it over here
cocaina
dont get carried away

songs likely to here on radio:
touch it
i love my b****

song to look out for:
been through the storm (with stevie wonder of all ppl on the chorus this is a quality tune!)

the big bang is surely to be a big success as it has many bangin tunes!!!!!
