Heidi ..
I have just bought the film of Heidi as a present for my grandaughters. I decided to pre-view this before giving it and I found it to be a lovely film, but not at all suitable for younger viewers. The acting was good and the scenery suberb, but the story line not as accurate as I would have liked and some scenes were quite unsuitable for younger children.
Prefer the original story as the book.

Absolutely Brilliant!
I was just looking on my recommendation page and I came across a film that had me hooked as a child. I've just turned 20 and I just had to purchase this amazing film. The acting is incredible, especially the girl who portrays Heidi. The storyline is beyond touching and I would recommend this film to any family. I was also very impressed at the price, so thank you Amazon :)

Loved this film as a child, haven't watched in for years just brought it on DVD and still love it.

A story about a young girl who goes to live with her grandfather who she's never met before. They create a bond which is magical and will last a life time.
