Does what is says on the tin..
Manchester United have yet to European final and this box set collects their three epic cup-winning victories.

Games featured are: European Cup 1967-68 - Manchester United v Benfica (4-1); European Cup Winners' Cup 1990-1991 - Manchester United v Barcelona (2-1); and UEFA Champions League 1998-1999 - Manchester United v Bayern Munich (2-1).

Each game is shown in its entirety along with original live commentary and the celebrations afterwards. Plus, see all three of the glorious homecomings to Manchester when thousands turned out to pay tribute to their conquering heroes.

great collection, but not for me...
personally i chose not to buy this, as i already have the 1968 final on DVD anyways, plus the goals from the '99 final are on the treble dvd anyways... i wasn't paying for 3 dvd's just to watch mark hughes socre 2 goals in rotterdam... if like me you have these 2 dvd's borrow the 1991 final off a mate and save your money!!

More than just three glorious nights...
This three-dvd set shows each of Manchester United's first three European finals in full, with the original television commentaries, including the teams taking to the pitch and the presentations and celebrations at the end of the games. The 1967-68 (not 1966 as described!) European Cup Final v. Benfica is the original black & white print.

Each dvd is split into 12 chapters which enable the viewer to jump to significant points in the action, while the menu also offers a "highlights" option, in case someone needs a "quick fix" and does not have time to watch the whole game; additional features are statistical analyses of each season, pen pictures of the Manchester United players participating in the finals and the homecoming to Manchester on each occasion, together with brief interviews of some players.

Whether you want to watch the games in full, revel in the abridged versions, remind yourself of the career of any of the players or just relive the homecoming, there is something here for all Manchester United supporters who don't already have recordings of these games.
