Just dim the lights, relax and enjoy!
I have always liked this group, even in my youth. I always remember my mum playing the album tapes and enjoying the tracks immensely. Even after all these years, many of the tracks in my opinion still sound fresh and demonstrate the quality that many artists cannot dream of reaching.

Tracks like Just an Illusion, Flashback, Body Talk and Music and Lights still are great even in 2006, and are great for relaxing on the sofa and forgetting about the pressures of life. I think this is the most cheerful and calming 80's funky music I have ever heard.

Disc 1 on the compilation contains mainly their singles and uses a good choice of tracks. Even the weaker songs still are great, if not a little cheesy, but are great fun.

Disc 2 from tracks 3 - 10 are all remixes from the Night Dubbing album. None of these mixes are bad, just some seem better than others. Most of the mixes include instumental sections and echoing vocals. This style is used in most of the mixes, and gets a tad predicatable. Some people might not appreciate this dics, and may find it irritating after a while.

Overall, for the price, this album is worth the money, as you get two albums for the price of one, and that's pretty good value in my eyes.

Not just an illusion,
A superb compelation of great songs,from one of the best and most talented funk/soul bands, of the 80s. Great song writing,leee johns smooth high pitched vocals,nice synth bass lines, and hypnotic rythms, combine to what I can only describe as sensualy charged and seductive.Just listen to great hits such as; "Body talk", " In and out of love",Or, "just an illusion", and youll know what I mean. This is really classy music,smooth, and super cool.It takes me back to my teenage years dancing in the night clubs of, rotherham,and sheffield.It still sounds as good today, as it did then. This is a 2 cd collection. on disc 2, you'll find some really nice remixes, making this album great value for money.A timeless classic of great hits, from a under rated talented grop.Great to dance to, worth every penny.
