Mcmahon5
a two-disc DVD set showcasing McMahon's career was released. The DVD is simply titled McMahon. The box art symbolizes the sometimes blurred reality between Vince McMahon, the person, and Mr. McMahon, the character.

The DVD includes the following McMahon matches:

vs. Steve Austin (RAW is WAR, April 13, 1998, Philadelphia, PA)
vs. Steve Austin - Steel cage match (St. Valentine's Day Massacre, February 14, 1999, Memphis, TN)
with Shane McMahon vs. Steve Austin - Handicap ladder match (King of the Ring, June 27, 1999, Greensboro, NC)
vs. Triple H - No Holds Barred match (Armageddon, December 12, 1999, Sunrise, FL)
vs. Shane McMahon - Street Fight match (WrestleMania X-Seven, April 1, 2001, Houston, TX)
vs. Ric Flair - Street Fight match (Royal Rumble, January 20, 2002, Atlanta, GA)
vs. Hulk Hogan - Street Fight match (WrestleMania XIX, March 30, 2003, Seattle, WA)
vs. Stephanie McMahon - "I Quit" match (No Mercy, October 19, 2003, Baltimore, MD)
vs. The Undertaker - Buried Alive match (Survivor Series, November 16, 2003, Dallas, TX)
While much of the DVD paints McMahon in a good light (the chapter on the XFL gives the impression it was a daring idea not a massive failure), several segments did point out some of his drawbacks. Greg Gagne accuses Vince of destroying his father Verne and the American Wrestling Association, almost everyone besides Vince talks of how horrible the Katie Vick angle was and many wrestlers discuss how stubborn Vince can be and how he refuses to listen to others.

A McMahon DVD!! Whats next from the WWE production?4
Having been a long-time fan of the WWF/now WWE, its no surprise to me that this wrestling DVD eventually made its way to the shelves. The reason: simple WWE has become so stale over the last near two years that its not surprising that we are getting more and more classic wrestling DVDs now than ever. However this particular release with the WWE chairman himself is just another reason to show that (Vince) is the almighty ruler of the WWE.

I'll give credit where credits due, McMahon is truly respected and rightly so, which owner and promoter has wiped out more competition than Vince himself? Everyone knows (or at least true wrestling fans know) that Vince established the word Entertainment in wrestling, yep he brought the company from his father and turned it into a multi-million production. With his top star Hulk Hogan (at the time) he completely trampled over other wrestling promotions and eventually brought them; remember WCW and ECW!!

Now then, onto the McMahon character that we see on our screens today. There's no question that the Heel McMahon character was heavily influenced from the 1997 Survivor Series (yawn) final match pitting Bret Hart and Shawn Micheals. That Vince decided to use his true instincts and turn it into a character was amazing!! Yep and this went on and on and he continued developing his nasty boss character, during which he brang up some of the craziest angles in wrestling how could anyone forget the kiss my ass club and his sex crazed hunger for the divas of wrestling (even when he got caught once with his own Mrs!!).

Theres more though, Vince has done so much on the screen that its impossible to list them, however his most memorable angles and matches with Steve Austin, Bret Hart, Hulk Hogan and Shawn Micheals were not bad at all (especially from a chairman who once hid from the cameras and used to be a useless commentator so it seemed). Anyway it all depends on what you want to see; if you're expecting a documentary on how his calm commentator character switched into wild mode then you'll surely be disappointed as this section is nowhere to be seen.

There is however one disturbing scene; yep the chairman has quite a weird dark-side to his personality and this becomes clear when he proposes an incest storyline but I wont go on with that, it has to be seen to be believed!! So overall it's a difficult DVD to judge but I'm giving it three stars as the extras are quite impressive with a total of nine matches including Hogan, Austin and Shawn Micheals.

You could call it Vince Overload!!!

to know the man, u got to see this5
